01.Reproductive Health and Family Planning services.

02.EPI, ARI, CDD , IMCI , MNHCS ,

03.Registration of newly married couple, pregnant women, birth & death, preservation of EDD.

04.Nutritional education and micro-nutrient supplements.

05.Health and Family Planning Education & counseling.

06.Identifications of other severe illnesses like TB, Malaria, pneumonia, life threatening influenza, obstetrical engineering and refer to higher facilities.

07.Identification of emerging & reemerging diseases & refer to higher facilities.

08.Other services as identified by GOB under HPNSDP to be provided.

09.Treatment of minor ailments.

10.Establishing effective referral linkage with higher facilities.
